With this online program you can create a villa plot for building in North Bali.
On the Start Page you can give your project a name and a description. Just enter your personalised project details and press Update Name and Description
First you need to select a plot of land. Go the Select Land page and scroll down until you see a land plot you like. Click on the green Select this land to build button, and the land will be added to your project. Once you have selected a plot of land, it will show on the Select Land page, and above other land on the Select Land page. You can change to another land plot by clicking another Select this land to build button. It will also show on the Your Selection page, where all your selections are shown.
It works the same as the land selection. Just scroll to a villa of your liking, and press the green Add this Bali Villa to your Project button. You can add more than one villa. If you want to remove a villa you have earlier added, press the red Remove Bali Villa from Project button.
Other objects for your project, guest houses, pools, pavilions etcetera can be added and removed in the same way as the villas. Some villa designs already may include a pool, so you don't need to add another, unless you have a guest house that needs a pool too.
When you have selected the land and gathered all the buildings and items you would like to see on your plot, you can press Create Plot Plan. Make sure you have maximized your browser window, you will need the screen estate. (press F11 before opening the Create Plot Plan page.)
On the Create Plot Plan page, you can drag all the buildings and items to the spot you want. (And you may find out that you need to change some items)
Not much land is geometric, and most villas are. So you may have to rotate the villa, or the other items to make everything fit together. You can do this on the Your Selection page. With a bit of trial and error you can point everything in the right direction.
When you are satisfied you can mail your plot plan to yourself. The mail will contain the plot plan you have created, and the plans of the individual items you have selected. And you will get a link to page with these plans, so you can print them easily, or you can share the page with others, or even post to Facebook or other social media you participate in.
Optionally ask for a price to have your project build. The land plots, the villas, they are as real as Bali. The land exist, samples of the villas can be shown. It can be build.
Not one of the villas that has been build is the same as the other. Your villa will not be the same as the one you have chosen with this program, because it takes a lot of talking and mailing before you, the client, is satisfied and something is build. Even during building changes are made on request.
